We want to keep our process as simple as possible, so it works as follows:
- Complete our form on the Contact page, make sure to include all of the required information, which can be found here!
- Once you receive our quote within 24 hours, confirm you’re happy to proceed by simply replying to the email.
- We’ll send you a fully insured shipping label for the item (If you’re in London or around Yorkshire, it’s also possible for one of our team to visit and buy on the spot, paying there and then).
- If posting, once we receive the item, we’ll check it to make sure it’s as described and expected, and you’ll have the money in your account within 24 hours!
